Greetings PTA,
Over the past few weeks we have had several requests for our 2011-2012 assembly show fee schedule so here it is! If you hosted one of our programs last year you will immediately notice that we have lowered our rates this year! We understand that so many of our Texas schools have lost necessary funding; Motivational School Shows decided to help out by lowering our rates this year!

Greetings PTA Members!
This year is going to be an exciting year for Motivational School Shows. Over the past 10 years we have had incredible results with our educational programs and Family Fun Nights.
We will be adding a few NEW programs this year along with some money saving offers. We know this past year has been difficult for some of our Texas schools. With schools closing, educational job cuts, and lower fundraising results, we have decided to do our very best to help out our schools the best we can.
When it comes to elementary school assembly programs there are a lot of individuals claiming to be "The Best". The simple truth is that there are no national criteria for elementary school speakers. I am often asked when is the best time to book to programs for the Fall? The answer is RIGHT NOW! (Right before Summer break) Due to the popularity of our programs, many schools schedule assemblies 1-2 years in advance of the semester they are booking. We also have special arrangements with other schools that simply host our programs EVERY year on a regular basis!

Dear PTA President,
The sad truth is our children are being introduced to negative influences at younger and younger ages. The images of drugs, sex, and violence bombard their senses every day.
To make the problem words, many parents do NOT spend quality time with their children to teach them important life skills and instill in them a feeling of self-worth.
We Have Reached A Critical Time Where Something MUST Be Done!
It seems like we never have enough money to do all the things we want, or need to do. We might need to send a high school sports team to a competition far away, build a new hall for a community group, quickly raise funds for a needy family, or to help a whole community after a natural disaster.
On any day, at anytime, all over the world people are raising money! This report is jam packed with tips and ideas that can add a little zing to your efforts. Ideas, activities and games that will have people literally throwing money towards your fundraising efforts!
This year Cody has been setting record numbers for his Family Fun Night Magic Shows. This years largest crowd for a Family Fun Night was just under 1,000 people! This particular school in Katy, TX hosted Cody's show in conjunction with a membership drive and was able to add 300+ new PTA members in one night!
Here are few tips that you can use to help increase your audience attendance for evening PTA events:
This was a record breaking year for Motivational School Shows. We did an incredible number of "Just Say No" assemblies in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and throughout Central Texas! We want to say "Thank You" to all the schools that hosted our programs and to all the schools that immediately booked for next year!
