I am often asked when is the best time to book to programs for the Fall? The answer is RIGHT NOW! (Right before Summer break) Due to the popularity of our programs, many schools schedule assemblies 1-2 years in advance of the semester they are booking. We also have special arrangements with other schools that simply host our programs EVERY year on a regular basis!
The end result is that our available dates are extremely limited! By June of every year about one-third of our available dates have been reserved. (Usually the most popular dates; like Red Ribbon or T.A.K.S. time) By August, another third of the dates are gone. So by the time most PTA's are getting back to school in September two-thirds of possible show dates have been taken!
