Are you looking for something fun for your kids this summer?
Are you interested in having your children learn valuable life...
Dear PTA President,
The sad truth is our children are being introduced to negative influences at younger and younger ages. The images of drugs, sex, and violence bombard their senses every day.
To make the problem words, many parents do NOT spend quality time with their children to teach them important life skills and instill in them a feeling of self-worth.
We Have Reached A Critical Time Where Something MUST Be Done!
Turn on the television or radio and you’ll hear the shocking and tragic details of another school shooting, sexual assault, or drug related death. The frightening thing is that children are becoming the victims and the perpetrators of these offenses at younger and younger ages.
As you know, these problems are everywhere. Their devastating effect can be felt in the suburbs and the inner city, in wealthy neighborhoods and poor neighborhoods. Closing your eyes to this truth won’t make it go away. Believing “it won’t happen to my kids” or “it’s not a problem in our school” is dangerous thinking.
Fortunately There Is Something You Can Do To Help!
Our “YES I CAN!" program is designed to inspire children to believe in themselves, respect themselves, and respect other people.
If a child is not aware of their own self-worth, it’s impossible for them to respect their peers, teachers, friends, or family members. They can’t give what they don’t possess. That makes sense, doesn’t it?
Why This Program Is So Effective At Reaching The Hearts And Minds Of Children?
“YES I CAN!” is a 40-minute program that is excellent for kindergarten through fifth grade. “YES I CAN!” is both entertaining and educational. As an ex-teacher, I fell this combination is the best way to teach children. Why? When kids are having fun and enjoying themselves they are much more receptive to the ideas and messages being presented.
Magic, storytelling, and audience interaction are used to illustrate positive, uplifting messages which include:
• How to grow up and be what you want to be!
• Why you are a special, unique, and valuable person!
• The dangers of drugs, smoking, & alcohol!
• Be a leader not a follower!
• Treat others the way you want to be treated!
• The importance of school, study, and hard work!
• Why doing your best is the only way to go!
“YES I CAN!” is motivational and fun. It’s inspirational and teaches children empowering life skills.
